- The renter must present an identity document and a valid driving licence.
- Only the person named in the rental agreement may drive the car.
- The renter must return the car on time and in the same technical and visual condition in which it was received.
- The car must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup.
- The renter is responsible for traffic fines, parking charges and other obligations incurred during the rental.
- In case of an accident, damage, malfunction or loss, the renter must immediately notify AvtoVardzuyt.am and the relevant authorities.
- Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other impairing substances is strictly prohibited.
- The car may not be transferred to a third party or used for illegal, dangerous or unauthorised purposes.
- The renter is responsible for damage to the car and for lost keys, documents or accessories.
- Late return is subject to an additional charge under the applicable rates.
- By booking or receiving the car, the renter confirms that they have read and accepted these terms.
